Appointment Policy

 

To ensure that you get an appointment for the date and time you desire, we suggest booking all appointments a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. 


Consultation Policy

We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our new client consultations are $30 and include review of your medical history, education, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. Please book an appointment or call 513-393-9900 for a consultation. All new clients require a consultation before treatment. Consultation fee repeats every 6 months to assess any changes in your medical history. 


Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our providers, for non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be subject to a $25 fee for the appointment if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance. For group appointments, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be subject to 50% of service fees if canceled less than 72 hours in advance.


If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subject to a $25 late fee and you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. Client may only reschedule once before having to place new deposit. 


All no-shows are subject to 100% of service fees and could possibly be banned from booking in the future. 


Child Policy

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 receiving services.


Pet Policy

For the health and safety of our clients, we have a no-pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted. 


Payment Policy

Only debit/credit cards, cash, and our gift cards are accepted. Payment plans are available. We accept HSA/FSA, Cherry, CareCredit and Affirm. All card transactions will have a 3% card processing fee added to transaction. 


Deposits and ALL payments are 100% FINAL, non-refundable and non-transferable including services are rendered paid and completed after leaving the location. 


If you cannot complete the treatment(s) for any reason, there will be no refunds or discounts applied to balance.

If you contact us to exercise any of the foregoing rights, we may ask you for additional information to verify your identity. Do Not Track Signals

Data Retention Periods

We retain your Personal Data for as long as you keep your account open. In some instances, we may keep it after you close your account, for example we may keep it:

  • on our backup and disaster recovery systems

The Ripple Effect will retain your Personal Data for the entire time that you keep your account open. After you close your account, we retain your Personal Data indefinitely unless you request that we remove it. However, we will retain your Personal Health Information for 7 years, or until you request we remove it, whichever is longer.

We will post any changes to our Privacy Notice on our Website. If we make material changes to our Privacy Notice, we may notify you of such changes through your contact information and invite you to review (and accept, if necessary) the changes.

The following uses of your protected health information may be made without any additional authorization from you. (Not every use or disclosure is listed, but be assured that all uses and disclosures made by The Ripple Effect are only those which are permitted under the law).

Uses and disclosures for appointment reminders. Furthermore, any pictures, stories, letters, biographies, correspondence, or thank you notes sent to us become the exclusive property of The Ripple Effect. We reserve the right to use non-identifying information about our clients (those who receive services or goods from or through us).
