We believe an informed client with realistic expectations will be most satisfied with our treatments and results. Our new client consultations are $30 and include review of your medical history, education, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. Please book an appointment or call 513-393-9900 for a consultation. All new clients require a consultation before treatment.
As a courtesy to our providers, for non-group appointments, please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be subject to a $25 fee for the appointment if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 12 hours in advance. For group appointments, there is a 72 hour cancellation policy, and the credit card on file will be subject to 50% of service fees if canceled less than 72 hours in advance.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be subject to a $25 late fee and you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. Client may only reschedule once before having to place new deposit.
All no-shows are subject to 100% of service fees and could possibly be banned from booking in the future.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 receiving services.
For the health and safety of our clients, we have a no-pets policy. Only working service animals are permitted.
Only debit/credit cards, cash, and our gift cards are accepted. Payment plans are available. We accept HSA/FSA, Cherry, CareCredit and Affirm. All card transactions will have a 3% card processing fee added to transaction.
Deposits and ALL payments are 100% FINAL, non-refundable and non-transferable including services are rendered paid and completed after leaving the location.
If you cannot complete the treatment(s) for any reason, there will be no refunds or discounts applied to balance.
